No. Anyone can get scabies, regardless of age or how clean they are. It spreads through close skin contact, and showering or bathing does not prevent it.
Scabies is more common where people live close together, which is why it is often seen in families, schools, hostels and care homes. There is no reason to feel ashamed about it.
