Questions about trade accounts
What do I need to apply?
Your business details and contact person. If you have one, add your pharmacy licence, practice number or registration number. You can also upload a document, such as a licence or a letterhead.
How long does approval take?
We review applications by hand and email you as soon as yours has been approved.
Can I mix the 50 ml and 100 ml bottles?
Yes. All bottles in an order count towards your trade price.
How do I pay?
By EFT or by card and Instant EFT through PayFast. Approved accounts can be set up to pay on account. Ask us if you would like this.
Can I get the package insert and product photos for my shelves or website?
Yes. Your trade account has a resources page with the package insert, product photos, a printable price list and a patient handout.
