• Clean clothes, towels and bedding ready for the morning
• Bottle shaken well
• Lotion applied from the ears down to the soles of the feet, not on the face
• Between the fingers and toes, and under the nails
• Back, groin and buttocks covered (ask for help with your back)
• Hands done again after washing them
• Morning: lotion washed off with soap and water
• Morning: bedding, towels and clothes in a hot wash (60 °C)
