No. The mite that causes human scabies lives only on people. Animals get mange from different mites, which may cause a short-lived itch on human skin but cannot breed there.
If your pet has mange, a vet should treat it. If the people in your home have an itchy rash, a doctor or pharmacist can check whether it is scabies.
