One application is often enough. The Skabi-Rid package insert says to repeat the treatment after two weeks if necessary, for example if new burrows or spots appear.
If you are not sure whether you need a second treatment, ask your pharmacist or doctor. If you do repeat it, treat everyone in close contact again on the same night.
